The NATO Use of Civil Standards 2023 Workshop was held on February 7-9, 2023, in Athens. The workshop drew 145 participants from 26 nations including, NATO Entities / Agencies, NATO CoEs, SDOs, and Industry/SMEs.
The theme of the event “Civil as possible, Military only as necessary” was how to foster the relationships between defence and civil standardization communities for the implementation of specific provisions defined by the NATO Standardization Policy.
Moreover, the Workshop was focused on the Standardization Activities in Emerging and Disrupting Technologies, digital interoperability and Innovation.
The DSA Team supported this workshop and facilitated the demonstration of innovative serious games on the Standardisation Process in cooperation with the House of Knowledge and DIN Young Professionals.
